The trainer is broken down into five weeks with a 3-day split. The exercises will have slight variation from week to week, but all emphasis will be on developing your legs and glutes. You will find a progressive overload with each week to ensure you are on the right track to achieving your lower body goals. I also include a detailed overview of what type and kind of cardio should be implemented while using a lower muscle group emphasized training program. Even though this trainer is five weeks, you can easily use it for much longer by simply adding more weight or more reps to the core exercises. This trainer will leave your legs feeling shaky after each training session, but stronger as each week goes by.
